First Time Finance Ltd. is a specialist UK mortgage brokerage helping Visa Holders in the UK to buy their first home — often people other brokers turned away.

We’re hiring a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to help more clients do that — and build a six-figure career from home with support most advisers never get. Fully remote and employed, advising clients on both their mortgage and protection — so you'll need to be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.

We're hiring a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to help more clients do that — and build a six-figure career from home with support most advisers never get.

The role

Fully remote and employed, advising clients on both their mortgage and protection — so you'll need to be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.

No cold-calling, no chasing leads, no admin pile. Every appointment is booked and qualified for you, and a full support team handles the research, applications and processing. Your time goes where it should — advising clients and writing business.

What you get

• Full training on 'The FTF Process' — the exact process we've used to have an industry leading protection conversion and grow from a 1-person team to 12 within 3 years.
• Every appointment booked and qualified for you by our appointments team.
• A full admin team on every case — a Paraplanner (research + AIPs), a Mortgage Case Manager (submission to completion) and an Insurance Case Manager (protection to on-risk).
• Tech that works for you — we're building our own AI-integrated CRM to make advisers faster and better.

Package

• Basic £30,000, rising to £35,000 at Senior status (achievable within 12 months) — some flexibility for the right person.
• Realistic OTE: £45k-£50k in year one, £70k+ in year two, £90k+ in year three. Six figures is genuinely achievable beyond this.
• 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, quarterly all-expenses team events, and all equipment provided.
• Core hours Monday-Friday, with optional weekend working for those who want to do more (uncapped commission)
