United Prairie Bank seeks a Mortgage Program Manager to lead, develop, and continuously improve the mortgage program across Minnesota branches. The role partners with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership to ensure standards, growth, and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, pipeline, and quality trends, supporting business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance in mortgage lending practices.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field, preferred.
• Five or more years of mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or related banking experience, preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership, coaching, program management, or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage origination, secondary market/investor guidelines, processing, underwriting, closing, servicing handoffs, and regulatory requirements.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain and maintain registration, is required for the position.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

• Lead, develop, and continuously improve United Prairie Bank’s mortgage program to support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Mortgage Loan Officers, partners with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership.
• Monitor production, pipeline activity, quality, and performance trends; support business development efforts; ensure mortgage practices align with organizational goals.
