Qualifications

• Active Texas NMLS license
• Proven knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loan guidelines
• Ability to analyze tax returns, W-2s, and self-employment income
• Tech-savvy with loan software and CRM systems
• Office-based in Mansfield, Texas

Qualifications

• Active Texas NMLS license required
• Proven experience and deep understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-conforming loan guidelines
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, processes, and systems
• Ability to analyze tax returns, W-2s, and self-employment income
• Tech-savvy with experience in loan software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Competency in basic math calculations for accurate loan analysis and documentation

Compensation

$60,000 + bonus
