Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry but willing to train someone excited to get into mortgage.
• Must be able to work onsite in Eagle, ID.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Loan Officer by ensuring timely closing of loan files.
• Calculate income and run numbers for loans.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong knowledge of mortgage industry and terminology

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with Byte and other LOS software

Education

2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
