Job summary

CMG Home Loans is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (Production Assistant) to support a high-producing mortgage team based in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Open to onsite, hybrid or remote employees; responsibilities include calculating income, reviewing tax returns, ordering appraisals, collecting documents, and guiding borrowers through processing and timelines while delivering

Qualifications

Active NMLS license required.
Minimum 3+ years of mortgage industry experience.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced mortgage environments.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, compliance and loan processes.
Advanced income calculation skills for self-employed borrowers and complex income sources.

Responsibilities

Request disclosures.
Calculate income and run numbers for loans to ensure viability.
Review and analyze complex tax returns, self-employed income, rental properties, partnerships and K-1s.
Order appraisals.
Collect and review client documentation.
Submit loan documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible).
Serve as primary contact for borrowers, agents and internal teams throughout the loan process.
Identify and resolve issues impacting loan approval or closing timelines.
Maintain high level of customer service with a large pipeline.
