Job summary

CMG Home Loans is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (Production Assistant) to support a high-producing mortgage team based in Everett, Washington. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage lending, advanced income calculation skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities while providing exceptional service to borrowers and business partners.

Open to onsite, hybrid or remote employment, with compensation in the announced range and opportunities for incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Minimum 3+ years mortgage industry experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced mortgage environment.
• Advanced income calculation skills, including self-employed income.
• Proficient with mortgage guidelines and loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Request disclosures for loans.
• Calculate income and run numbers for viability.
• Review complex tax returns and non-traditional income.
• Order appraisals.
• Collect and review client documents.
• Submit loan documents to processing.
• Serve as primary liaison to borrowers, agents, and teams.
• Identify and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain strong customer service with a large pipeline.
