Job summary

Security State Bank & Trust in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Mortgage Operations Specialist to coordinate and administer loan lifecycle activities, reporting to the AVP Mortgage Operations. You will collaborate with Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, Closers, and customers to ensure loans are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will support timely closings, ensure compliance with TRID/RESPA and other guidelines, and maintain organized records for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for entry-level roles; bachelor's preferred for professional roles.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Experience with LOS, document imaging, and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and processing of residential mortgage loans from application through closing, funding, post-closing, and delivery.
• Maintain loan pipeline records and monitor file status to support efficient production and service delivery.
• Coordinate with lenders, processors, underwriters, title companies, closing agents, and customers throughout the mortgage process.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
