Collaborating with loan officers, the specialist handles compliance questions and applies banking regulations related to real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and process home equity and mortgage documentation.
• Prepare Home Equity Applications, Disclosures, and Closing Documents.
• Order property documentation for loan files and underwriting.
• Support home equity loan pipeline with timely documentation from customer.
• Submit complete files to underwriting for credit approval.
• Assist with ordering documents for residential purchase/refinance.
