Qualifications

• Significant first mortgage processing experience; leadership in mortgage operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, regulations, and processing workflows.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff, motivate teams, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing and disclosure teams to ensure quality loan files and on-time processing.
• Oversee workflow, assign workloads, and monitor KPI performance across the loan lifecycle.
• Provide feedback, set goals, and work with HR on personnel issues and development.
• Collaborate with the Mortgage VP to drive operational efficiency and member service quality.
• Attend weekly pipeline review meetings and resolve processing roadblocks.
