The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong communication with borrowers. Responsibilities include client updates from application to closing, document review, pipeline support for the MLO, scheduling, and marketing support to grow the loan officer’s business.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with loan products, underwriting, and compliance guidelines.
• Experience with Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, adjustable/fixed, residential loan products.

Responsibilities

• Client communication: provide updates to borrowers from application to closing.
• Documentation & processing: review income, asset, and credit documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Pipeline management: support the MLO with file organization and timely completion.
• Administrative & marketing: manage calendars, schedule appointments, assist with marketing campaigns.
