Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a Pricing Configurator to manage mortgage rate sheets and PPE configurations in Plano, TX. You will leverage Excel and VBA to automate rate sheet creation, maintain LLPAs, and support pricing changes for agency, government, and investor programs.

The role requires strong Excel/VBA capabilities, knowledge of mortgage pricing fundamentals, and experience translating pricing requirements into PPE configurations. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years’ experience in a similar field.
• Experience with mortgage pricing engines and LLPAs.
• Strong knowledge of rate sheets, margins, and SRPs.
• Advanced Excel with VBA and data automation.
• Experience interpreting investor rate sheets and PPE configurations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute mortgage rate sheets using VBA/Excel.
• Interpret, maintain LLPAs across agency, government, and investor programs.
• Support daily pricing maintenance, margin updates, and investor change management.
• Configure and maintain pricing adjustments and margins within PPE.
