Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a Pricing Configurations professional to support our Product and Pricing Engine (PPE). You will create, update, and distribute mortgage rate sheets and LLPAs, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and regulatory requirements.

You will leverage advanced Excel and VBA to automate pricing, maintain margins, and translate investor rate sheets into PPE configurations. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced mortgage

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mortgage pricing fundamentals, rate sheets, LLPAs, SRPs, margins.
• Experience creating and maintaining mortgage rate sheets.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA, formulas, macros, and data automation.
• Experience interpreting investor rate sheets and converting pricing into PPE configurations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute mortgage rate sheets using VBA, Excel, or other automation tools.
• Interpret, create, maintain, and update LLPAs across agency, government, and investor programs.
• Support daily pricing maintenance, margin updates, and investor change management.
• Configure and maintain pricing adjustments and margins within PPE.
