Visio Lending is seeking a Pricing & Margin Management Analyst to optimize pricing, profitability, and growth across DSCR and non-QM lending. You will analyze market data, loan-level pricing, and margin performance to guide pricing decisions and improve volume and margin.

The role interfaces with Sales and executive leadership to implement pricing strategies. The position requires 3–5 years in mortgage pricing or related analytics, strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience with pricing tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage pricing, secondary marketing, capital markets analytics, FP&A, or similar quantitative role at a lender or investor
• Working knowledge of non-QM and DSCR lending, including pricing adjustments, prepayment penalties, and loan execution influence on rate sheet pricing
• Strong understanding of gain-on-sale, basis points, spreads, cost of funds, and margin waterfall
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build financial models
• Experience using SQL to independently pull, shape, and analyze loan-level data
• Excellent communication skills to present pricing recommendations to leadership

Responsabilités

• Pricing & Market Analysis: monitor market factors influencing pricing and analyze rate sheet pricing across factors
• Margin Management: maintain and analyze the company’s margin waterfall and compare margins across products, channels, and brokers
• Build and maintain pricing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Analyze broker/channel economics and price tiers with leadership
• Support FP&A projects, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning with pricing data
