Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mortgage experience.
• Experience with income calculations and AUS for pre-approval.
• In-depth knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend pipeline reviews and handle escalations.
• Ensure loan structure benefits borrower’s financial situation.
