WizeHire, Inc. is seeking a driven Loan Partner/Preapproval Specialist to join a fast-paced mortgage team in the United States.

You will manage borrower pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution, ensuring accurate loan structure and clear communication with clients and partners. You will work closely with Loan Officers, processors, underwriters, and referral partners to maintain high on-time closings and deliver a concierge-level borrower experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage borrower pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution for a high-performing mortgage team.
• Ensure loans are structured properly, clearly communicated, and closed on time.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to sustain 95%+ on-time closings and deliver a concierge-level borrower experience.
