A leading mortgage firm is seeking a Loan Partner to manage mortgage applications and client communications. This role involves overseeing the application to preapproval process, ensuring efficient follow-ups, and maintaining high conversion rates from applications to preapprovals. Successful candidates will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage documentation effectively. Previous mortgage experience is a plus but training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
• Ability to manage documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the application to preapproval process.
• Communicate with Clients, Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners.
• Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from application to preapproved.
