Qualifications

• High School diploma required; AA or technical degree preferred.
• 3 years of mortgage loan documents experience or 5 years in general loan documents.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Familiarity with database, spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with closing agents to obtain closed loan packages promptly.
• Update LOS with receipt of documents and final title policy.
• Perform post-closing audit to verify correct closing documentation.
• Verify documents were properly executed by required parties.
• Prepare and send final documents to investors and agencies.
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and bank policies.
