Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
• 0-12 months mortgage operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of secondary market underwriting guidelines desired.
• Knowledge of TRID/RESPA and related regulations desired.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external members.
• Able to work independently and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of UW mortgage programs and guidelines.
• Review and verify loan paperwork for accuracy and completeness; file documents.
• Review final title policies to ensure first lien position and clear judgments or liens.
• Coordinate timely receipt of loan documents from various channels.
• Perform closing package reviews to meet investor and regulatory requirements.
• Balance daily cash activity and reconcile department cashier’s checks.
• Conduct audits following Data Automation procedures for new loans.
• Support servicing tasks like payments corrections and payoffs.
• Address member inquiries promptly and communicate professionally.
• Pursue personal development through training and teamwork.
