Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with SAS or SQL or similar data management/reporting tool or as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years in the Mortgage Industry.

Responsibilities

• Data analytics and modeling; establish baseline metrics and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents.
• Monitor KPI metrics, develop new metrics, identify correlations and root causes.
• Design and build visualization dashboards for scalable decision-making.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure accurate reporting of data/metrics.
• Support quarterly, annual planning activities.
• Develop methodologies and reports for data analysis and presentation.
• Act as SME for BI tools and train team members.
• Prepare presentations for internal audiences.
• Invent new ways to measure program effectiveness and productivity.
