Job summary

Fusion Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Business Development Manager to expand relationships and referral networks in the Winter Park, FL market. This non-licensed role supports approved partnerships and increases awareness of mortgage lending services.

The BDM will identify prospective partners, maintain ongoing relationships, and coordinate introductions to licensed MLOs, while adhering to compliance and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate professionals, builders, financial professionals, attorneys, and partners.
• Identify prospective partners and develop referral, affinity, and other relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners and support relationship-management activities.
• Coordinate introductions between prospects and licensed Company MLOs.
• Provide general information about the Company's mortgage lending capabilities.
• Direct product-specific questions to licensed MLOs.
• Conduct presentations, networking events, and partner meetings using approved materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and materials.
• Support branch, partner, and community events.
• Track activities and engagement in approved systems.
• Represent the Company at industry events and partner functions.
• Comply with policies on referral relationships, advertising, privacy, and fair lending.
