Job summary

Fannie Mae is hiring a Client Engagement Associate – Mortgage Outbound Sales to promote and sell mortgage products to existing clients. You will execute outbound campaigns, contact lenders and housing partners, and drive product adoption while tracking results in CRM.

The role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Office presence is expected at designated locations with potential remote options

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client engagement, sales or related roles in mortgage
• Proven consultative selling, lead gen and product adoption
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Able to learn complex products and articulate customer value
• Thrives in a metrics-driven environment
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive) and Office tools

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to promote and drive adoption of mortgage products/services.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to lenders, servicers, and housing partners.
• Proactively engage lender prospects to communicate product value and create opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets (call volume, conversion, engagement).
