Job summary

Key duties include counseling borrowers, collecting documents, underwriting input, and coordinating disclosures. Base pay ranges $53,000–$67,000 annually with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and ensure timely disclosures.
• Analyze financial information to assess loan suitability.
• Develop referral networks through real estate and builder contacts.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services.
