System One is seeking a Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative to support loan processing and guidance for industry professionals and the public in Indianapolis, IN. This onsite contract role offers a 40-hour week with shift flexibility within 7:30 AM–6:30 PM ET windows.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in mortgage origination and 1+ year in a contact center, along with excellent communication, data entry, and multitasking abilities. Public Trust clearance is required.
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Shift Window: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET (based on business need)
Pay Rate: $24/hr (W2)
Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance (includes background + credit check)
If you have experience in mortgage origination (loan processing, underwriting support, loan officer/originations, etc.) and enjoy helping people, this role is a great way to use your mortgage knowledge in a customer-focused environment. You’ll support questions related to mortgage guidelines and processes, while learning more about government/FHA-style policies and procedures.
