Job summary

German American is seeking a Mortgage Operations Processor to coordinate the processing of mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy, working closely with loan originators and underwriters to meet service levels. You will review new files, gather required documentation, coordinate appraisals and title work, clear underwriting conditions, and help loans move from application to closing.

Strong analytical and organizational skills are required, and mortgage lending experience plus

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships.
• Experience in mortgage lending preferred; Encompass LOS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather, organize, and prepare documents for underwriting.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other docs with lenders and underwriters.
• Clear underwriting conditions and prepare Loan Estimates as needed.
• Help loans move from application to closing.
