Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Mortgage lending experience preferred; Encompass LOS familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations and required documentation.
• Clear underwriting conditions and prepare disclosures as needed.
