Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking an Operations Support Desk Specialist to provide primary customer and technical support to Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent staff through an internal ticketing system, with a focus on TRID disclosure requirements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to compliance, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, timely disclosures and smooth loan workflows.

• Experience in mortgage operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent staff via an internal ticketing system, focusing on TRID disclosure requirements.
• Review loans for Rate Locks, Relocks, and CoCs to ensure TRID documentation guidelines are followed and communicate deficiencies to internal teams and customers.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage daily tickets and pipeline items effectively.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with colleagues and customers, acting as a liaison across departments.
• Operate office equipment and perform basic data-entry tasks as needed in Encompass.
• Sit for extended periods and operate with standard hearing and vision ranges.
• Meet daily productivity targets set by the manager for file disclosures.
• Understand, maintain, and validate TRID compliance requirements.
• Evaluate ATR/QM and Mavent findings related to TRID disclosures.
• Collaborate with Retail and TPO Loan channels to ensure smooth process flow.
• Review and process change-of-circumstance data and re-disclosures to applicants.
• Perform loan application data-entry updates in Encompass.
