Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 year college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conditions support and closing agent approvals for loans.
• Coordinate multi-state project pipelines with internal partners and vendors.
• Review settlement and title documents for compliance and accuracy.
