Iowa State Bank in Orange City, Iowa seeks a President to lead growth, sales, and operations, aligning with the CEO and Board. Oversee lending, deposits, customer relationships, and market expansion while fostering a high-performance, relationship-focused culture.

You will guide regional banking teams, commercial lending, mortgage, wealth management, and marketing, working with executives to achieve short- and long-term objectives and ensure strategic alignment across all business lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Strategic Growth Leadership initiatives established by the CEO and Board.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow loans, deposits, customer acquisition, and market share.
• Provide leadership to market-facing business units including Regional Presidents and multiple lending/wealth teams.
• Drive cross-selling and relationship expansion through collaboration across commercial, mortgage, wealth management, insurance, and real estate teams.
• Oversee performance, pipeline activity, and market development across all regions and business lines.
• Support succession planning and talent development within lending and market leadership functions.
