Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, fund accounting, investment operations, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Financial reporting across the mortgage-focused platform.
Reconcile monthly investor remittances and loan-level reporting.
Aggregate and report month-end portfolio statistics to lenders.
Validate data consistency related to mortgage loan acquisitions.
Assist in draw process administration for construction loans.
Coordinate data collection and reconciliation across systems and service providers.
Prepare and analyze performance track records and reporting.
Monitor portfolio cash balances and execute capital calls, draws, and distributions.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
