Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a Mortgage Finance Operations Associate to support the CRE warehouse operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data. The role involves reconciling funding, payoff, servicing, and fees, tracking exceptions, and ensuring strong controls with cross-team collaboration.

The candidate should have a 3–5 year background in financial services operations, CRE lending, or asset management, plus strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial services operations, CRE warehouse lending, loan servicing or asset management.
• Strong Excel, data reconciliation, and experience with data across systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
• Review and reconcile funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, and fees.
• Track exceptions and provide accurate status reporting.
• Establish controls and contribute to process improvements across CRE warehouse.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver world-class operational services.
• Gain exposure across Residential/CRE Warehouse asset classes.
