Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to verify and input mortgage loan applications, discuss loan options with clients, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

The role requires maintaining a valid NMLS license and staying aligned with branch objectives. The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and meet one of the posted qualification paths, including active funding of loans or recognized LO training/mentoring programs.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing (NMLS).
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of the following: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for LO, or an origination mentor assigned to a branch.

Responsibilities

• Verify, compile, and input loan application information.
• Discuss and advise clients on home loan options.
• Review loan files to ensure data completeness and compliance.
• Inform supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain current, valid NMLS license or appointment.
