This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, loan processing experience, and a commitment to timely closings and outstanding customer service. Preference given to those in Bozeman or Helena, MT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing or basic underwriting experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with loan products including government and conventional programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit loan submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Order and manage third-party services (appraisals, title work, payoffs, etc.).
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and LOA staff to prepare files for clear-to-close.
• Manage active loan pipeline and meet target closing dates.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products and investor requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.).
• Support disclosure operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Protect borrower data and maintain confidentiality.
