Job summary

Northrim BanCorp, Inc. seeks a Mortgage Loan Processor to transform loan applications into closings, working closely with Originators, Underwriters, and borrowers to ensure complete, compliant files ready for underwriting.

You will verify borrower details, order necessary documents, and keep systems updated, while maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of loan processing experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience a plus, open to strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Verify borrower information, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with borrowers and originators.
• Order credit reports, appraisals, and title work as needed.
• Prepare and submit organized loan files to Underwriting.
• Update loan systems based on underwriting decisions and status changes.
• Communicate loan status, next steps, and timelines to customers.
