You will work closely with Lucy, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain a high on-time closing rate while supporting an exceptional homebuying journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage borrower prequalification, pre-approvals, and loan pipeline from start to finish.
• Ensure loans are structured properly and communicated clearly to borrowers and partners.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time closings and deliver concierge-level client service.
• Collaborate with Lucy, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to keep workflow smooth.
