Qualifications include a High School diploma, 1–2 years mortgage experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of lending regulations and strong communication are essential for success at Addition Financial.

Responsibilities

• Process loan files in accordance with policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory procedures.
• Analyze and calculate borrower income to determine loan eligibility and support underwriting decisions.
• Order and track third-party services (appraisals, title work, verifications, flood certifications).
• Access core system to retrieve member data and support documentation.
• Maintain records, update loan status, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and other teams to ensure timely processing and pipeline management.
