Job summary

Revity-Credit-Union is seeking a Mortgage Processor to assist Mortgage Loan Officers in Edwardsville, IL with applications, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with outside vendors and realtors. This full-time role requires flexibility as hours may extend beyond normal business times.

The position requires 2–5 years of mortgage-related experience, active Loan Originator registration, and a high school diploma with certification coursework completed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of mortgage-related experience.
• Registered as a Loan Originator in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing and Registry System.
• High school education or GED; complete required coursework and pass certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Loan Officers and members with mortgage loan applications.
• Process loan applications ensuring timely delivery and follow-up; coordinate with realtors and outside vendors.
• Prepare closing packages, fund loans, and post-closing tasks; gather VOEs and required documents.
• Market credit union products outside normal hours with outside realtors and trade organizations.
• Cross-sell other credit union services when appropriate.
