You will manage a loan pipeline, collect and analyze documents for underwriting, and coordinate with all parties to meet closing dates while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current Loan Processing experience.
• Knowledge of processing, underwriting and closing procedures.
• Excellent customer service and direct customer contact.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned pipeline of 25-50+ loans daily/weekly.
• Process loans from application to funding including collecting/analyzing documents.
• Communicate expectations, requirements and program details clearly.
• Maintain workflow to meet required closing dates.
• Order verifications and follow-ups; ensure compliance deadlines.
• Verify conditions of approval and resolve liens or title issues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Keep all parties informed of file status throughout the process.
• Review borrower and third-party documents and analyze for accuracy.
• Follow policies while analyzing applicant information and documentation.
