Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking or mortgage processing preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and processing required.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit reports, income, assets, and borrower documentation.
• Review mortgage files and prepare accurate loan presentations.
• Process conventional fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and construction loans.
• Manage multiple mortgage files through processing and closing.
• Partner with Mortgage Originators to obtain information and keep loans moving forward.
• Document loan files with comments and withdrawn or denied files.
• Review files for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Follow policies, procedures, and internal controls.
