Rize Mortgage is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor to join our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will bring years of processing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of delivering solutions in mortgage lending.

You will collect and verify financial documentation, secure property and loan files, and input detailed loan data from origination to close while ensuring compliance with lending policies.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending and knowledge of FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and verify financial documents to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness.
• Secure property and loan documentation (appraisals, inspections, title, contracts, tax records) for processing.
• Input detailed loan process data in our system from origination to close.
• Ensure compliance with lending and regulatory guidelines while preparing loan files.
• Serve as liaison between borrowers, brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriters.
