Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking or loan processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading comprehension, problem identification, and judgment.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective planning, prioritizing, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process secondary market loans from application to post‑closing.
• Calculate and post weekly rates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and month‑end loan reports.
• Provide rate quotes to customers and Loan Officers.
• Update and maintain forms and fee changes in the Loan Origination System.
• Assist with in‑house consumer, commercial, and real estate loans.
• Aid customers in completing Residential Mortgage Loan Applications.
• Assist Loan Officers with necessary documentation and analysis forms.
• Perform general administrative duties for Loan Officers.
• Assist in clearing loan exceptions and monitoring loan supplies.
