Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in banking or loan processing, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; knowledge of Encompass is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking or loan processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to plan, prioritize, and organize with reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process secondary market loans from application to post-closing.
• Calculate and post weekly rates for stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and month-end loan reports.
• Provide rate quotes to customers and Loan Officers.
• Update forms and fee changes in the LOS.
