Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from start to finish in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move files forward.
• Verify borrower and property documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate with borrowers, brokers, and underwriters via phone and email.
• Ensure documentation meets SOPs and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide proactive customer service to partners.
• Balance deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a large pipeline.
• Work effectively in a fully remote setting.
