Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; five years mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID and Closing Disclosure requirements.
• Proficiency with Encompass and LaserPro.
• Experience with FiServ DNA is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review loan packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify income, assets, liabilities, and appraisals.
• Prepare and submit loan files in compliance with RESPA and Regulation Z.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Consultants and lenders.
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate loan closings.
• Manage wire activity and post-closing deficiencies.
• Cross-train and support team as needed.
