Responsibilities

• Processes documents received for each file to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Acts as liaison for borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender.
• Prepares fund request documents for wiring funds to closing, commitment letters, denials, and cancels files when appropriate.
• Provides customers with updated and periodic information regarding their loan application.
• Serves as the first point of contact for the loan program and responds to calls and emails promptly.
• Collects all required documentation and follows up to acquire missing information.
• Maintains and updates files, databases and records to keep information current.
• Ensures files meet company compliance standards and protect privacy of non-public information.
• Generates reports on any given file efficiently.
