The Money Store is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead daily branch operations and originate mortgage loan products. You will recruit and manage Loan Officers, drive sales, and maintain compliance with licensing requirements and company policy.

Responsibilities include building a strong referral network, ensuring proper staffing, and managing expenses while protecting the company’s risk posture. Strong leadership and mortgage market knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years’ sales management experience in mortgage or financial services.
• Experience generating refinance and purchase loans and understanding related guidelines.
• Demonstrated sales techniques and ability to promote and market products/services.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for mortgage marketing and promotion.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and NMLS license; compliant with SAFE Act.
• Must stay current on applicable laws and practices.

• Direct, coordinate, and monitor branch sales, operations, and personnel development to grow sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Loan Officers to create a high‑performing branch.
• Oversee Mortgage Loan Officers in selling products and services in the lending line of business.
• Create a positive work environment with clear objectives and performance monitoring.
• Address performance issues in line with company policy and licensing requirements.
• Ensure branch operations control expenses and minimize regulatory/risk exposure.
• Report lawsuits, complaints or investigations affecting licensing status to the company.
