DevNW seeks a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor and Servicing Specialist to move loans from application through funding and servicing. This full-time, fixed-term role is remote/hybrid, based out of Springfield, OR, funded for two years, with a 5% bilingual differential for Spanish speakers.
Responsibilities include reviewing loan files, collecting borrower data, coordinating third-party services, entering data, and ensuring compliance while protecting borrower confidentiality.
Internal Position Title: Homeownership Loan Processor and Servicing Specialist
Pay Range: $24.04–$31.25 per hour, DOE (Extra 5% bilingual differential for Spanish speakers)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility
Location: Remote/Hybrid, based out of our Springfield, OR office

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Loan Processor and Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure that loans move smoothly from application through funding and servicing.

You'll support the processing, funding, and servicing of residential mortgage and silent second loans through DevNW's Wildfire, Down Payment Assistance, and Amplify Oregon Mortgage programs.

You may be a great fit if you have:
An associate degree or coursework in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
This is a remote/hybrid position with schedule flexibility and weekly in-person workdays at our Springfield office. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer and may occasionally require lifting up to 10 pounds.
