Responsibilities

• Manage and process loan applications from initiation to closing.
• Verify applicant information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Support complex administrative, customer support and operational processes on home loan applications, including contacting customers and third parties to obtain missing information.
• Provide outstanding customer service with regular updates to customers for a consistent experience.
• Perform transaction reviews of home loan applications and review documentation to obtain missing information.
• Prepare loans for underwriting review and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Prioritize and manage the assigned pipeline to meet closing dates and performance metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for Loan Officers to resolve issues and provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with peers, partners and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
