Job summary

ApTask is seeking a candidate in Dallas, TX with 2-3 years of Residential Mortgage experience to join our client services and mortgage processing team. The role emphasizes processing, closing and funding of mortgage files.

The ideal candidate has working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing activities including Loan Onboarding, Escrow and Remittance processing, understands applicable regulatory guidelines, and can thrive in a high-volume environment while meeting turn-time commitments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding.
• Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing activities such as: Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
• Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment
• College degree preferred
