Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Present a professional image in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple files and priorities.
• At least 1 year mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrub files after application.
• Review support documents prior to efolder upload.
• Send welcome letter to borrower and collect documents.
• Maintain file status and communications with loan officer, realtor, borrowers.
• Order HOI, VOD, VOEs.
• Resolve file issues with processing to clear conditions.
• Submit loans for credit re-score.
• Manage pipeline and closing dates; HUD 48 hours prior; certify funds to close.
• Provide branch administrative support and reception.
• Deliver exceptional member service.
