Liberty FCU is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant in Alpharetta, GA. Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Professional image in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multi-task.
At least 1+ year mortgage industry experience and working knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities

Scrub files after application is taken and review support documents.
Upload disclosures and send welcome letters to borrowers.
Maintain file status and communication between loan officer, realtor, and borrowers.
Order HOI, VOD, and VOEs.
Collaborate with processing to address file issues and clear conditions.
Submit loans for re-score of credit and manage pipeline and closing dates.
Provide administrative support to the branch and deliver exceptional member service.
